On October 11, 2023, Jiaxing Super Lighting Appliances Co., Ltd. ("Super Lighting") and Current Lighting Solutions, LLC ("Current Lighting"), the globally renowned lighting company, reached a settlement agreement on the patent infringement lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas (Case No. 6:22-CV-00534-ADA). As part of the settlement, the two parties entered a patent license and business cooperation agreement.
